Inbox, calls, calendar, jobs, and invoices — one login

From the first call to the paid invoice.

Calls, texts, and email land on one contact. The booking, the quote, the job, and the invoice sit on that same contact.

Watch the narrated tour with no sign-up. A workspace asks for a card.

How it works

From lead to paid.

  1. 01

    Get the lead in

Import a CSV, put a form on your site, or add them by hand. Each one becomes a contact with a thread.

  2. 02

    Reply, book, and quote

Texts and email come into one inbox. You book the visit on the calendar and send the estimate from the same contact.

  3. 03

Do the work and bill it

An accepted estimate becomes a job. The job becomes the invoice, and a payment link takes the card.

What's inside

The screens you will use most.

A lead becomes a contact. Everything below happens on that contact.

Pipeline

Drag a deal from stage to stage, and the move can start an automation. Each column totals its open deals, so won and lost drop out of the number.

Inbox

Texts, email, and chat on one thread, on the contact they came from. Anyone on the team can pick it up and reply with a saved template.

Calendar and booking

A public booking page shows your real openings in the customer's time zone. A confirmation, reminders, a calendar invite, and a reschedule link go out on their own.

Automations

A form, a tag, a booking, or a message starts it, then a wait, a branch, a text, an email, or a task. Quiet hours you set hold every message until they end.

Social posts

Write once for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business. Send a post for approval by link, or make approval a rule for the business.

Lead scoring

Rules you set put a number on every contact. Sort the list by score and the morning starts with who to call.

Contacts and companies

A timeline of every call, message, quote, and visit, plus a CSV import that maps columns and catches duplicates.

Jobs

The work after the quote: a crew, visits on the calendar, and hours, with Dispatch for the office and My day for the van.

Estimates and invoices

A quote the customer accepts online becomes the job and then the bill, with reminders that chase it and a payment link that takes the card.

Calls

A call log with recordings and voicemail, a queue you work one call at a time, and an AI agent that can answer the phone.

Campaigns

One email or text to a tag, with the audience count shown before you press send.

Forms

A hosted form that creates the contact, adds a tag, and can start an automation.

Reviews

Ask for a review by text or email, with a reminder if it goes quiet, then reply from the same page.

Documents

Contracts and waivers, signed on a phone and filed on the contact.

Each business keeps its own copy of all of thisThe owner can download it all as one file

A day in the business

First thing, on site, and getting paid.

The same contact carries all three.

First thing

Desk and inbox

Desk shows the next thing that needs you, one at a time. The inbox is every text, email, and chat, on the contact.

On site

Jobs and calendar

Dispatch shows who is going where today. The crew opens My day, taps On my way when they set off, and Collect payment when they finish.

Getting paid

Estimates and invoices

An accepted estimate becomes the job and then the invoice. Reminders chase it, and a payment link takes the card.

Questions

Plain answers.

Can I look around before I pay?

Yes. The tour is narrated and needs no sign-up. A workspace asks for a card when you open it.

What is on every plan?

Every plan is the whole CRM: contacts, inbox, calls, calendar, pipelines, jobs, estimates, invoices, automations, campaigns, forms, and reviews. Higher plans add more businesses and seats, plus the agency layer: branding, client access, setup templates, and reselling.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. The account owner can download the whole workspace as one file, and lists like contacts and estimates export on their own.

What if I run more than one business?

Each business gets its own workspace with its own contacts, calendar, and inbox. Your plan sets how many you can run, and Agency view sits above them all.

How do I cancel?

From Billing. Cancel inside the free days and your card is not charged. Cancel later and you keep the workspace until the period you paid for ends.
